Sick
Monday, April 28th, 2008Plain and simple…feeling blech. Had a nice weekend, now I’m fighting a cold/allergies. R was so good today, allowing me to rest and basically do nothing. Days like this are frustrating for so many reasons. I’ve had so much hot tea today…lots of different flavors…most with honey. No work out today obviously…argh.
